Answers in Genesis

In mid-October, my parents and I attended Answers in Genesis' "Weekend in Paradise," which was an all-expense-paid, multiday, vacation weekend for invited AiG supporters. This was a fun time that my parents recall as one of their most-wonderful getaways in a while. During the Saturday-evening banquet, I was talking with Patrick, the Creation Museum designer. I'd half-joked, half-seriously stated that it would be awesome to have my someday-somewhere-over-the-rainbow wedding reception at Creation Museum.

My report from my first, official event as an AiG speaker.God is incredible. And I don't say that generically. I was truly amazed at how God worked in last Sunday's events. I know that you'll rejoice with me when you read this report of God's goodness.

In fewer than thirty-six hours at the time of writing, one of my life's dreams will see it's first fulfillment.Wow. It's almost hard to believe that my dream and hope for tens years will finally see fulfillment. On Sunday, February 26, I have my first speaking event as an official Answers in Genesis speaker.

Last year was very unique with many memorable moments from July through September. Being more than one year from then, I like to reflect.

Well, at least my name is. But I still think that it's cool.
