YIPEE!

Once in a while, people should experience a moment of outstanding joy. That moment came for me this morning when my coworker, Nathan, called my extension and told me the wonderful news: John Kerry conceded the election to President George W. Bush! It filled my heart with such excitement to know the this great man who has served and advanced our country in the last four years will do so for another four years. Also greatly encouraging me was the news that all eleven states that had a marriage definition amendment passed them with an overwhelming lead. This goes to show that a large majority of Americans (about 65%) favor marriage as being only between one man and one woman, just as God created us to be (Genesis 1–2). My joy for quite some time.
