Awhile back, I posted my
original idea for a John Kerry "bumper sticker." For quite some time, I have wanted to visually realize that concept and I finally have:

I bought the real Post-It notes from Wal-Mart, photgraphed them on my home computer desk, and then "mapped" the Kerry–Edwards stuff on the notes, adjusted things where needed, and tada! What pleases and also someone disappoints me is that most people don't respect the image for the effort it took. The image looks so real to them that they thought I just printed the stickers and took a photo. Bummer. But then again, that's a compliment to my Photoshop skills.
Also quite interesting are the responses I'm getting in forums where I posted this image. Maybe I'll write about those sometime.
I somewhat hope the photo will spread faster than red Kool-Aid on beige carpet. I've already sent the photo to several media outlets.
I'd love to hear your comments or those of third-party viewers.
Here is a high-resolution, high-quality JPEG if you'd like to print this image.
I also wonder how long it will take for the image to be sent back to me. :)
